Intro to Consigning
We’re always looking for in-season, on-trend styles for the whole family—clothing, shoes, and accessories (including maternity & plus-size). Great brands + great condition sell best.
We also accept home decor, toys, baby gear, and a wide range of other household items. (Furniture at Ephrata only).
Not sure? Take a quick lap through the store, and you’ll get it instantly.
We don’t take:
• Formalwear (except prom season – Ephrata only)
• Used underwear, socks, tights, or stockings
• Single baby pieces (must be matching sets of 2+)

Preparing Your Clothing & Items
Inspect
Carefully inspect items for any stains, holes, fading or damage. Pay careful attention to collars, armpits, and seams. Look for missing buttons or zippers.
Wash
Be sure items are clean and clothing is freshly laundered.
Fold
Place all pieces into a bin or tote. This makes the sorting process much faster. We can NOT accept clothing brought in trash bags.
Dropping off
No Appointment Needed!
Walk in anytime during Consignment Center hours. An associate will guide you if you’re new.
Place Items – Put your items on a lettered shelf.
Check In – New? Create an account. Returning? Use your phone # or consignor ID.
Print Labels – Enter bin location and print labels. Place one label on the outside of your bin and the remaining labels inside/on top of bin.
Do not stick the labels directly onto items (they are very difficult to remove and may damage the item)
Please note: we can not accept any items brought in trash bags.
Please bring clothes folded inside a storage container, tote or bin.
Inspection Process
Our team checks each item for condition, brand, style, and store needs while you shop in our store. Most inspections take 30–60 minutes, depending on the number of drop-offs we have at that time. Accepted items are sent to pricing and prepared for the sales floor.
We cannot accept items with the following issues:
Stains, Fading, Discoloration, or Odors
Holes, Rips, Tears
Pilling & Fabric Pulls
Missing or Broken Zippers
Missing and/or Mismatched Buttons
Picking Up
Same-Day Pickup Required
Due to limited space, consignors must pick up their bin(s) and any unaccepted items the same day they consign before store closing.
Even if you do not receive a text notification, you are still responsible for collecting your items before closing time.
Unaccepted items will be waiting for you in the designated pickup area.
If not picked up:
A $5 fee per box/bin will be applied to your account.
Items left behind will be donated the following morning.
If there is an emergency and you are unable to pick up your items before closing time, you must call to let us know.
Thank you for helping us keep the Consignment Center organized!
The Consignment Period
Consigned items & clothing have 60 days on the sales floor to sell.
As soon as something sells in store, earnings show up in your account immediately.
The percentage you earned is based on the item’s original price. Higher value items earn a higher percentage.
Priced to Sell
Price Reductions
If items are still unsold at the 20-day mark, the original price is reduced by 20%. If still unsold at the 40-day mark, the price is reduced by 50% (25% at 30 days at East Earl) as shown on our tags.
Additional price adjustments may occur based on promotions, seasonality, and inventory needs.
Unsold Items:
If you wish to retrieve any unsold items, you must do so before the 60-day expiration date (found in your Consignor Access account). Items not picked up by this date become store-owned.
You are responsible for locating your items on the sales floor and bringing them to the consignment center for removal.
Staff is available for assistance for a $5 fee.

Update to Account Activity & Balances: Effective January 2027
Consignor Accounts are considered active when any consigning, purchasing, or account activity occurs within a 12-month period
Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive
After 18 months of inactivity, any remaining cash balance may be converted to store credit for in-store use only. Accounts with no activity for 5 years may be removed from the system entirely.
We recommend checking your account regularly so nothing gets left behind!
Request to Set the Starting Price for High-Value Items
Minimum Starting Price
For higher-value items, you can request a starting price by filling out a Minimum Starting Price Agreement Form download and print at home or complete the form in-store.
Attach to the item
The starting price only sets the initial selling price; payouts follow standard consignment rates
The price will drop over time if unsold
If we can’t meet your requested starting price, the item will be returned.
